It could be a number of things. Although my son had a flushed cheek (sometimes both) while teething, 3 months is kind of early. My doc said usually earliest is 4 months. The flushed cheeks could be due to increased blood flow from sucking.  Or It could be that she has very sensitive skin, so make sure mommy is wearing lotion that a baby could use & avoid perfumes. Lastly, it could definitely be an allergy. Have her keep a log of things she eating & when she's eating them in correlation to the flushed cheeks. Either way, I'd call your daughters pediatrician & see if they have any tips or if it could be something else!

Update: Mommy to baby to the Ped, she is fine just sensitive skin that is a little chapped and gets irritated and hot while she breastfeeds. Thanks for all the tips

First post so don't know what I'm doing...

This is my LO and she is 13 weeks today. She has red rosy cheeks and chin after breastfeeding. My wife is scared it's something she is eating or doing. Based off what I read I think it's teething. First time mommy taking it hard like It's her fault. Trying to put her mind at ease, thanks.
