Did anyone get pregnant once they stopped using opks?

I've been trying to use opks this cycle for the first time and I still have not gotten a positive and I'm on cd 29. I'm thinking about just stopping using opks and maybe I'll wind up prego. Anyone else get pregnant once they stopped using opks?

I'm gonna try not using them this month! Been using them for 3 cycles  with no luck. Also using preseed

Me! I was going crazy taking opks! Every time I got a positive I did the deed that day and the day after. The month I stopped testing, I got pregnant after trying for 7 months. I'm now 22 weeks along!
