So I had a stomach bug about 3 weeks ago and since the. For 3 weeks I've had bouts of watery diarrhea 3-5 times a day. I'm 34.4 weeks. I've told my OB and he's not concerned at all. I drink lots of water but it seems like anything I eat just goes right through me. I know diarrhea can be a early sign labor is approaching but for 3 weeks?! Come on haha. Anyone else have this problem?
