I was sexually assulted when I was 14. I'm now 21 and I need to make an OBGYN appointment for a PAP SMEAR but every time I think about it I become so freaked out that I start crying and I have a panic attack. I don't like anyone to be near my vagina especially if it's something I'm not comfortable with. I'm afraid of having to relive what happened to me. What if I can't ever go get it done?
