TMI PIC. what cm is this? What is going on?

What is going on? Yesterday I had red spotting when I would wipe. All day today I've had watery brown discharge with VERY slight cramps in my lower left abdomen and hip. I just went to check my cervix/Cm and it was still watery brown discharge and this stretchy cm was on my finger thats tinged with blood. I took an opk but it's negative. What is going on you think?
