Just go with the flow, your milk will regulate in time just keep offering the breast as much as possible. I'm not sure if this is a pic of how Baby actually latches on your breast or if baby is asleep but if this is how he/she latches it is def not deep enough. You should have as much of the areola in the babys mouth as possible and lips out (think like duck lips lol). This is a good pic of what it should look more like. It's hard at first when they are so little but you literally have to hold your breast with one hand and the back of baby's head with other and shove baby on the breast deep when they open their mouth. If you know all this and the pic wasn't babys actual latch, sorry lol bad latch can and will tear up your nipples fast! 3rd baby, 4th straight year breastfeeding

I went and bought a pump after birth as I felt like it was too good to lose. Milk is like liquid gold. 😀. I am just over 4 weeks now and pump most days and freeze it. 
You do have a lot in the early days anyway but if you continue to have s lot you may feel engorged. 
Pumping will help with that. 
I would advise getting a pump and storing.
It also allows you a bit of freedom later if you want to go out without baby.

Your supply will regulate. Pumping will cause you to produce more... try hand expressing to relieve pressure.

Also, her latch isn't very deep, which could cause issues with her getting enough milk and cause pain for you. I highly recommend getting in touch with your local le leche league for breastfeeding support. It is so hard to get things right especially as a first time mom. This is my third baby and I am definitely going to be taking advantage of the laceration consultant at the hospital and follow up with the le leche league after we get home if I need help! I want to breastfeed for at least a year this time. Only naked or 3, and 5 months with my older girls.
