insomnia is getting the best of me 😩
I can't sleep for the life of me. Can't take naps, can't sleep for more than 30 minutes at a time at night. It's killing me. I'm not sure if it's just because I'm in my first trimester or if it's the progesterone shots that I have to take for another 3 weeks. Anyone else experiencing this and any tips would be appreciated.
