Can you eat undercooked shrimp?

So I eat ceviche last night, shrimp with crab in it, the shrimp was the ones that say they're cooked, my question is can you eat it like that or do you have to boiled them again ???

I ate it like that.  So did all of my hispanic in laws when they're pregnant

The line in the shrimp ceviche "cooks" the shrimp that's why the color turns from the dark brown or whatever color the shrimp is to the pink color. That is key, pink shrimp cooked shrimp. Not pink means still raw. :)
