can you cure sciatica?

I have it in my both legs and thighs.. the pain is like a burning pain.. also sometimes have lower back pain with it.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?
I've had it for a month now.

Would a doctor be able to give me anything for it or no?

Alexander technique and chiropractics have worked for me when not pregnant. Now that I'm pregnant, I find making sure I'm active enough to be very helpful.

I have it in my right leg since getting pregnant my ob said I might need physical therapy. Their are exercises/stretches you can do. I found some online.

I used to take medication for it but it didn't totally fix it, along with physio. My doctor also spoke to me about an operation they can do
