skin issues?

What do you guys think? Is this eczema, cradle cap? My son does have bad skin with baby acne and dryness but this has just been getting worse and not sure how to help it

Try baby cetaphil lotion and soap. My daughter had really bad dry skin and cradle so and it's helped a lot.

It could still be cradle cap or eczema.. we thought my son had baby acne until it started turning yellow scabby like that in his cheeks so we took him to the pediatrician and she told us it was seborrheic dermatitis. Which is the actual name of the cradle cap rash. I never knew they could get that anywhere besides the top of their head! She gave us an antibiotic cream for the worst yellow spots. And then we cleared the rash up by washing his face with Cetaphil twice a day and putting Aquaphor on in between. I loved both products. She'd given us free cetaphil samples and when we ran out I bought a generic store brand version, same exact thing,  and we're still using that. Since the baby soaps were making his sensitive skin even worse.

Looks like cradle cap to me, we're on the upswing of the same thing over here. Aquaphor and Eucerin lotion have helped a lot. I also read about hydrocortisone, I've applied that a few times and have seen improvement.

Cradle cap. I used gentle shampoo and a soft baby brush in the bath and brushed in gentle circles. It worked like a charm. Cetaphil is also good to use.

That looks like something else might be going on other than just baby acne, have u got him checked out?
