fenugreek questions
Does anyone take fenugreek to help with milk production?
What dose do you take daily? The bottle says 1-3 times a day. Just curious what works for other moms!
Also has anyone used any of the tea products? I was wondering about the upspring milkflow one with fenugreek and milk thistle
I've read that some of these products can cause gas problem, I'm willing to try anything as long as it will help with production
