Life after Nexplanon!

I had my Nexplanon Implant removed the first day of my last period, coincidentally. That was Sept. 7th. I don't use OPKs so I'm not 100% I ovulated. AF was due yesterday and so far, no sign of her. Think it may be pregnancy or my body adjusting to being off birth control?! I had regular periods on Nexplanon. Help me out. I need hope without wasting another test!😂
