Did he scratch my uterus?

About three or four months ago my boyfriend tried to finger me, but his nails were a little long and I could feel them lightly scratching my cervix. I made him stop and that was that. The next day I felt a little sore but I just attributed it to the fact that was the first time anything has been inside me. This current month, for some reason I've been feeling random sharp pains in side me and I feel the same feeling I get with my periods trying to come on. Did he scratch me? Should I go to the gynecologist?
