Heat rash??this is super red and under my breast. I'm a 36 H so I know the skin there is easily irritated. I'm going to get some hydrocortisone but Any ideas?

That actually looks exactly like underneath mine, the nurse midwife @ my OB's office said it was yeast from the heat & moisture under there & to apply Monistat 7 day cream twice a day for a week, it cleared right up but came back about 2 months later, treating it again right now :( also changing my bra more frequently & trying to dry out the area several times a day. Not fun.

Antifungal powder. It will treat it and absorb the moisture. It looks like a heat rash.

Could be the beginning of a yeast infection under your breast. You can use head and shoulders shampoo. The zinc acts as an antifungal. If it gets worst contact your doctor.
