On my last pack I took one pill 6 hours late on my 3rd week.. I just had unprotected sex on Saturday while on my period and I started my new pack Sunday. My period was only two days it was super heavy and black then it ended.

As long as you aren't on a mini-pill, yes.

Combo pills have a 12 hour window in which you can take your pill.

Mini-pills only have a 3 hour window.

Don't make it a habit of taking your pill late/missing it. The later you take it, the less effective it becomes.

The pill has to be taken at the same time everyday for a reason. It wasn't just written in for shits and giggles.

it depends on how long you have been on BC when i was on it i would never take it on time sometimes days late and my bf would cum inside me (excuse the directness). i was also on BC for a couple years. but if you took it the same day you should be fine especially if it was only once. if u really want to be sure u can take plan b but i wouldn't if messes with your body
