Need help showing emotions with my husband 😕

I come from a very emotionless family. We always had money and I only had a few siblings. Went to a wealthy school was in the 'popular' group at school where as my husband grew up in a tiny town he's more 'country' but he literally has the emotions of a woman. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is not afraid to cry or take things to hard. If I am to blunt on a subject it hurts him and cause a issue between us. This is our first baby we are young both in the 20's. Our last argument he said I don't show him I care or love him and he started not just crying but sobbing I felt guilty of course but I am not sure how exactly to show him. Please help. All advice will definitely be considered. I am very lucky to have a man like him and I'd do anything to show him how I feel.
