bleeding..?

I'm 7w4d. This is my first pregnancy. I went to pee this evening, and there was some blood when I wiped. Wasn't like a period but seems to me more than just spotting. It was like a pale pink. I feel like there's still more blood in my vagina. Really scared, and not sure if this is normal. PLEASE HELP.
