fenugreek?

Hey I'm just learning about Fenugreek and I notice there are pills, teas and the grain itself. What is the most effective and safe method? Have you tried it? Does it work? Any known side effects? Please share with me. Thank you!

I've drank mother's milk tea (has fenugreek) when I noticed a drop in my supply. It deffinatly boosted my supply the next day. I really had no other side affects.

I used to pump 5 oz each breast I got a fever and it went down to 3. I tried the tea and it just gave me a horrible headache the three days I was drinking it and saw no increase. So I got the pills and after 2 days I saw my supply go back to 5oz. I've heard that the pills make you smell like maple syrup until you stop taking them but with me I only smelled like it the first 2 days and not anymore.
