Confused help?!

Spotted 5 days before period pink discharge then yesterday heavy bleeding and today still bleeding but lighter. My nipples and Arreolas have bumps and have been sore sence 5dpo I was and am supposed to start my period on Sunday??? I see the faintest line but with heavy bleed im nervous not knowing what to do or think? What do you think i should do call doctor get a blood test wait till monday?
