TTC on depo!

I just recently got another shot for my depo. My boyfriend and I weren't sure at the time as to whether or not we wanted to have another baby yet, so I got the shot, and now we have discussed a lot more about it and our living situation got much better as well, where we are now able to put our son in his own room and have the LO in our room. We want to have another baby, what can I do to help increase my chances? Or ways to make the depo  wear off faster, we got pregnant with our first within just a couple weeks of trying. Please help!!
