Is anyone else experiencing bad sinuses around this time what helps you 😩there's days where I'm fine and days that I feel so congested and my ears are so stuffy I feel like a complete airhead ... it clears up sometimes and sometimes lingers and ends up making me feel so drained and nasty like a cold but I have no runny nose juts my ear feels full and nose congested body kinda aches  Any relief or home remedies ?... I have a little one to take care of hate this feeling
