nursing and tired?

I do nursing and im always on my feet and on the go! What are good nurse shoes or things i can do to not get so tired after work and then get home and be extra tired? My feet and legs are killing me.. 
my heels hurt badly.... ☹️️

Maybe give compression socks a try.

Try crocs. I walk a lot (5+ miles a day) and crocs with orthopedic inserts were my saviours this summer while pregnant. Every other shoe gave me extreme arch pain. They even make a special "work"
Series for nurses.

I'm a nurse and the only trainers that I have found the be 12.5 hour comfy are sketchers with memory foam flexi-sole. Around £45. Well worth it. I just renew them for another pair the exact same every time lol. I think, sadly, fatigue and achy feet/back are just a sad fact of nursing, particularly if it's ward work. After three shifts I feel crippled sometimes 😂 xx

I've tried almost every show I can think of. My always go to is the Nike AirMax. the extra platform help my feet have more support. I love them so much and makes me want to buy them in every shape and color.

Dansko shoes are really good. Expensive but worth it if you're on your feet all the time.
