Videogames over sex?

My boyfriend had recently been choosing online video games over talking to me or having sex. He stays up all night playing games and then is too tired to do anything with me, even on nights where he hasn't seen me in over a week! 
I've brought it up to him before on why it is frustrating to me, and he apologized but nothing has changed. 
I'm not sure where to go from here...?

Is this a sudden change in his behavior? Is something in his life majorly stressing him out? Most people (myself included) play video games to help deal with stress and temporarily live in a perfectly controllable environment, which real life doesn't offer unfortunately. And to top it off, if he's stressed about you being upset with him, it's going to make him want to escape even further. I would try asking him if there's a reason he's choosing games over you. Because he is. If it were me I'd give him a chance to communicate. And then maybe someday if you want to you could try watching/playing with him sometime. Or better yet, incorporating sexy times into video games. It's one of my boyfriend's and my favorite activities 😉

My boyfriend enjoys videogames a lot. It's at the point where when we Skype, he will be playing games instead of just talking and enjoying each others' company. He will leave our Skype calls after only an hour and a half or two hours to play videogames with his friends, even though he played with them for hours prior to our Skype calls and continues to play with them until 1-2am. I've learned to just deal with it, even though it hurts since I only see him maybe once a month.

Give him a taste of his own medicine. When he comes to you tell him that you're busy. I don't think there's any other option left I've you've tried talking to him about it and he still doesn't change.

Communicate about whats bothering you again and that an apology isnt going to change anything unless change actually starts happening

Talk to him about it. If he gets pissed off at you, you have your answer- he's an asshole! Nothing should be more important in his life than you 💅
