Took my glucose test yesterday and got the dreadful call today

I can't believe how fast the blood test results came back I just took the glucose test yesterday and got the call from the Dr's office today my numbers we so high they aren't even sending me for the 3 hr test I was at 195. I'm just in shock because I eat pretty healthy for the most part I'm not really a sugar craver and I walk every day. 27 weeks +4 today. Any advice from Mamas who have or have had Gestational diabetes? Going to make an appointment with the specialist they are referring me to
