If I had unprotected sex, like a lot if it last night and got my nexplanon removed today could I get pregnant?

It's possible. Take Plan B if it isn't too late and you want to avoid pregnancy, then test in about 2-3 weeks.

If you ovulated, then you won't even know you're pregnant for a few weeks yet, and as it is it takes approx a week for an egg to be fertilised and then implant. It doesn't just happen straight away.

I had the nexplanon and from what i remember, you cant have sex for, to be safe, a week, so it's highly possible to become pregnant.
