Best friend
So this is about my "best friend". It's one of those ppl that you say is your best friend because you've known eachother for so long, we've been friends for 13 years. But, I don't agree with a lot of the things that she does, I.e shop lifts, leads multiple boys on, cusses in public
When she cusses we are like out to eat around adults and i know you're judged by the company you keep and Frankly it embarrasses me. She's also constantly complaining and she sends me screenshots of all her problems, which are usually small and avoidable , and she expects me to take them on as my own.
I'm at a university and she goes to a tech college. She comes up to see me like every weekend and doesn't ask. She tells me. This inconvenient and it impacts my social life. I can't ever stay the night at my boyfriends bc I have to make sure she has a place to stay. My mom thinks that she is trying to live the college experience through me. My question is, how do I grow apart from her nicely/ without making it obvious? I've known her for so long and our moms are really close but she's bad news and we have different goals for our future.
