So uncertain 😢

Went for my 12 week scan today . My fella couldn't get the time off so on my own . Car broke down was first thing clutch gone :( got to hospital after 4 previous miscarriages a heartbeat was found however the nuchal translucency measurement was high should be under 3.5 and it's 4.8 ! So I'm high risk to downs and chromosome abnormality . Next step either wait until 16 weeks scan and see if anything is picked up or carry on or have a needle into tummy to determine what actual problem there is if any ....what the heck am I meant to do 😪😪😪 I'm at a loss xxx
