Do you guys believe that babies sense when parents leave or theyre coming home?

For example i have a friend tell me that when she was pregnant and her husband would leave to work her baby would always move. It never happen to me. But, my baby is about 1 MO old and she usually has her sleeping routine. My husband works night shifts so everytime he would get home i was always up with the baby. Let me say he didn't always come home at the same time. And he always says aww she waits for her dad to come home lol he calls her his twin❤.

But honestly who knows if thats true. 😁 Just curious if anything has happened to you.

As they develop a routine they kinda go off what's around them. So if everyday after napping daddy's home they start to get used to it just like we do. I used to take care of 4 infants as a child care teacher all of my babies had schedules and after a certain time if mom or dad was late to get them they'd grow fussy and  start to get difficult. They know.

I'm not sure if the same apply for men, but they say the baby can smell or sense when it's mom is close for breastfeeding. When you are trying to get you baby to take a bottle, it's best if mom is not in the house because it's said that the baby can smell or sense that mom is still around and may refuse the bottle to hold out for breast.
