Would you consider "pulling out" a form of birth control?

Question

I mean no offense, but if someone were to ask "Are you using Birthcontrol?" and I reply "Oh yes, He pulls out." I would feel a little silly!
People say doctors consider it a form of Birth control why others say It makes no sense for it to be. If he has to pull out for you to not become pregnant than you're not on birth control.
What do you think ladies?? No one is right or wrong here I'm just curious to see what you all have to say!

Of course! Any effort you make to try not to get pregnant is a form of birth control. Just because it's not as effective as some doesn't mean it doesn't count.

6 years strong of the pullout method, most of the time as our only form of BC and it's worked.

No, you could still easily get pregnant if there's precum or he gets a little too into it and doesn't pull out

I wouldn't reccomend it to people who aren't familiar with it or are with young boys who can't control themselves much yet. But my fiancé and I have used this for the past two years since we have had our son and We have had zero issues, he has very good control as well.

It's actually considered a form of birth control on planned parenthood. It's listed on their website. I guess it's considered a form, but not very effective... the problem with putting that out there is that it might make teens think its a very effective form of BC, and then there comes more teen pregnancy.

Been using it for five years now and nothing has ever happened. I can't be on Bc because of the side affects. I become irrational with my moods.

No but that is what my husband and I used because we weren't actively preventing pregnancy. I personally never got pregnant using it but people do.
