Prevention! Honestly pee after sex every time and you won't get them anymore. Such a simple thing! I used to get them all the time then  starting urinating after sex and never get them now!

I never used to get UTIS or anything. Wasn't til i got with my husband and started being sexual active everyday that I've been getting UTIs

I've only had two this year. Both times I was freaking out that something terrible was happening to me and the Dr. Is always like "no worries, it's just a UTI. Take the antibiotics for a week and you'll be a-ok." Im always better by the second day of antibiotics.
