Update.... I NEED HELP !!
I'm still in pre-labor. They sent me home because I didn't dilate anymore. But now I am here at home left to deal with these painful contractions all day and night 😖. I'm still losing my mucus plug but it isn't the "bloody show" mucus. What can I do to help me dilate more?
