burning below belly button. help!

I'm four months pp. I recently suffered from a really bad UTI but was just told today it's gone! I've been having this burning sensation below my belly button for a week (that's when I first noticed it) it would come and go. It still comes and goes now but stays way longer. I'm a worry wort, but I have medical bills stacked up and really don't want to go to the hospital if not necessary... Even though I'd love to know what it is. I started having diarrhea this past Sunday... Today is Friday, doc put me on flagly, and now I'm slightly constipated and I just want to know what this burning sensation is... Someone please help!
