Just bought a BBT, who else temps?

Question

My husband and I have been TTC for one year now.  Since he just got a new job,  where he's home every night, I decided to get a BBT, and start temping. I didn't really see the point when he was only home on weekends. Does anyone else do it? Any tips?

Answer

1. Temp same time everyday before talking or getting out of bed (after at least 3-5hrs of uninterrupted sleep) limit liquid intake 2hrs before bed so you don't have to get up to use the bathroom
2. If TTC OPKs will help you narrow down your FW so you BD on the right days and time (follow instructions precisely)
3. Download Fertility Friend, it's easier to read the chart and it's great for newbies. 
4. DO NOT over analyze your data, it takes a few cycles to see your pattern and overanalyzing every dip and spike will stress you out and prolong the process. 
*if you follow these simple tips you'll be fine 🙂
