I have two and a half months late. I'm always regular. My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I have never been late or missed a period. I have taken home pregnancy tests each week all negative. Had blood test right after missed period and it came back negative. I have been nauseous, sore breasts, extremely hot lately, and lately some dull cramping (almost an ache) in my pelvis area...do you think I could be pregnant? What else could be wrong? I have a doctor appointment next week.
