Diaper Blow-outs - What am I doing wrong??

For about a week now, my 10 week old's mid morning poop is so big and runny (ebf) that it ALWAYS blows out the diaper. Out of the top, the side at the top and the back, today the front too! Or it'll leak out of the inner leg holes. Is this normal? I even had pee leak out of a fresh diaper all over me the other day. He's huge, so he's already in size 3s. I'm using Pampers swaddlers, but I also had this issue with Huggies. Is it the diapers? Am I putting them on badly? Or is his dookie just epic?? Really tired of having to change his and my clothes around 10 am  everyday.

I have sized up every time I have blowout issues and it helps.

I've done everything others are suggesting....it doesn't work. 5th baby and I'm pretty sure she just has massive 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

If he just went up a size maybe try going back down to the size 2s

I can't tell the fit of his diaper but it should be bigger than the size chart on the box (mine outgrows them before the weight limit on the box) and should have room about half inch that you can pinch underneath him, the diaper should not be up against his skin completely underneath there should be room to pinch a little excess.. The ruffles on the sides out completely and spread out. The onesie and pants should be loose in the seat area, if it just fits it will press up on the diaper and cause leakage once it's full. Finally, try different brands.  My first son did best with Kirkland brand, my second huggies, my third pampers, I have no clue why.

I read somewhere to make sure the top was tighter on boys. Maybe try changing his diaper just before you know he's going to go and then wait a minute after to let the diaper soak some up before changing him right away. My boy is EBF 2 1/2  month 14# in size 2 kirkland, Huggins and pampers are ok. Good luck

Wow he is huge!!! I can't imagine that size 4 would fit though would probably be too big.

From experience working in daycare for many years it's usually the diaper size. Go up one. Also is he exclusively breast fed or formula? I ask because maybe your diet is causing the blow out?

Same with me, one giant morning poop usually blows out, even in a tight new diaper.

I think it's probably how the diaper is put on. 
If it's too loose it will all come out!
