If you keep your legs up after sex does it increase the chances of the sperm going up more? & how long are you suppose to keep your legs up?!

There is no evidence saying that it will help to wait. Right after sex I went to the bathroom and I got pregnant the first month both times.

Actually peeing after pushes the semen farther into the vaginal canal. The legs up thing is not proven to be effective.

I've went straight to sleep not peeing after sex
I got pregnant (ended in Miscarrige)
Never got a UTI from not peeing after lol
 So idk what people are talking about.

We had sex, straight after I went to the bathroom and I still managed to get pregnant.

It's personal prefference really. If you think it will help, then there's no harm in trying

Sperm go where they need in seconds but just lay down for a minute to be sure. You can go to the toilet, no need to be waiting around.
You could end up getting a urinary tract infection if you don't pee straight after having sex
