Can I trust Aeroflow?

Andrea
FTM here and I really don't want to pay for a breastpump if possible. When talking directly to my insurance provider (Medicaid thru Anthem BCBS) they told me a pump was not a benefit they offered, just a carseat or 'portable crib'. Then the lactation nurse I met at baby class says all insurances are required under ACA. I try to email her to help me with no response. I saw adds for Aeroflow and on their faq it says Medicaid doesn't have to comply with that. I don't know the law so I sent a request to Aeroflow anyway and they replied saying they can help as long as the insurance gets a script. That's no problem to get. My big question is are they a trustworthy company? Have other moms gone through them and not had issues? The BBB has a number of complaints on file for them so I don't want a big mess over just a breastpump.
