Can a missed miscarriage occur after the first trimester? I'm 16 weeks and not only have I not started feeling baby move but I'm not even showing at all. I'm still wearing my regular jeans and everything. I did hear baby's heartbeat 2 weeks ago when I went to my doctor but I'm still worried now especially when I see everyone posting baby bumps.
