I wish I wouldn't have gone on depo

I have been spotting pretty much the entire 3 weeks now that I've been on it and cramping EVERY DAY. Sometimes I want to just sit and cry because all day everyday I have these annoying cramps that aren't incredibly painful, but still shoot from the outside of my lower back to the from of my groin/pelvis area.

So unhappy with depo.
