Do pregnancy tests have a built in second line? Don't know if that makes sense but I swear when I look really hard (in real life) I can see a line... but I think it's just the line that's ready to turn pink if that makes sense.. I think I'm just hoping...

Yes they have two lines the control line that will always appear unless its a defective test and the test line the test line is whats used to say if youre pregnant or not and will only appear if you are pregnant even if its a faint line itll still be a pos test if the test is done correctly and read in the time frame now an evap line can appear in the test line window if the test is past its time frame an evap line is not in any way a pos test read the directions the test comes with to know the time frame and how to correctly do the test
