night chills and sweats
I'm barely a week post partum abd a fist time mommy and maybe it's a tmi but I'm waking up in a pool of sweat but I'm freezing so much I'm shaking uncontrollably. I've read these are common symptoms to help your body sweat outthe pregnancy fluid and hormones but I'm nervous and looking for other mommies who have gone through this too.
