What are the lines?

Does anybody know what the lines are at the side of my stomach? They are not stretch marks though.  Opinions please

It sure how clear you can see, but I have one that runs down my arm and onto my hand! Both arms, and my boobs are much worse!

Looks like veins to me! My veins have become much more noticeable since being pregnant! They proper pop out on my boobs, arms and hands!
