please some reasure me and its normal!!!

4 months ago i miscarried my 13 week old baby... since then i havent had a period until now... lasted a week. painful but light... i went to the hospital had swaps and checked my womb about 4 week after and was no infection. today 4 months on this has fallen out if me a big ball size of a golf ball. the hospital told me its nothing but seriously? this is not normal now i am worried. has anybody ever done this??? 😭
