I'm so embarrassed to ask this, but I am 16 & still a virgin & I've never actually fingered myself, I've just always rubbed my vag until it felt good but I want to know how to finger myself. So can y'all please tell me😁😁

Make sure you're "lubed" enough, meaning you're either going to have to turn yourself on enough to get wet enough or use some lube or simple spit (sounds gross, actually works well if you just spit on your hand and rub it down there). If you use tampons, then you kind of already know your personal angle of your vagina, so use one finger at first, find your opening and slide it in at your angle. I would start with just your pointer at first. Also, find a position that's comfortable for you. I personally have trouble with getting a finger in if I'm on my back so I have to flip on my tummy and do it. You might feel some resistance when you first get in, if you do maybe just wiggle your finger around until you can slide in easier. It takes some practice and it might feel weird at first, so don't rush it. From there you just feel around until something feels good, then go with it. Everyone likes it a little different. If you curl your finger forward toward your urethra, you might hit your g spot but some girls can't get this on their own. You can also use pressure, or other fingers on your clit to help with orgasm. Anyway just experiment with moving differently and see what you like best!
