PCOS diagnosis bloodwork?

Has anyone had pcos confirmed by bloodwork? How long did it take for you to get the results? It's been 2 days and I'm dying to find out for sure so I can start clomid this cycle

Yes, my PCOS was diagnosed through blood test and ultrasound. The results came back after 1 week. You're almost there!

The reason for me getting ultrasound was due to going a year or two without cycles and then passing horrible clots

My RE took bloodwork and did an ultrasound to confirm pcos. I got the results the same day of the tests and started meds the same day

They did ultrasound and with my history of cycles it was confirmed that day and started birth control. Then a year later we started metformin.
