How do you feel about the name Mateo?

We are both Spanish and I'm looking for something easy to pronounce in both languages, we already have a girl and her name is Sofia which it's pronounce the same in English and Spanish, having issues coming up with a boy name we both can agree and is easy to pronounce.

I'm doing the same thing with my baby boy's name. I'm looking for a name my Italian side can pronounce and so can my american side. In Italy we have the name Matteo too :) except with us its two "t"s and not one :) Spanish and Italians share lots of names 😂
