Quit smoking tips?
They say to never quit quitting, I have quit smoking so many time and stupidly start up again! My main issue with quitting is not only the cravings but the uncontrollable anger that comes from it, it's no excuse I know I want to be a healthier person and I want to quit. But I need more tips! Specially any tips that help with the moods I have
I have cut down to around 4-5 a day so far but I'm going cold turkey from tomorrow
