people think I'm crazy

Me and my patterned are into nice things, some would say we can be materialistic because we buy expensive shoes and clothes! I want to carry this on with my baby and buy them designer clothes and shoes, I send my friends photos of cute outfits and they think I'm crazy for paying out for it but I don't think it's bad I want my child dressed better then others!! Any other mums out there same as me????
