I have no idea what to do.

10 weeks pregnant I have struggled with back pain since I was 19yo now I am 24. As of yesterday my right upper bottom hurts real bad, I can't walk normal, I cant lay down and get comfortable😕 I can't take nothing for pain and have noooo idea what to do FTM. Out of days my bf found a job today and I am home alone..😣
