Work and fellowship

Ok so I haven't been in church in over a year! And I have a hard time getting into the word and prayer lately. I don't feel God in my life and I am trying to find a good balance between work and fellowship. I'm also trying to figure out if I should leave my job. It pays really good but I have no time to do anything or see my kids. And this weekend when I'm suppose to be off they mandated two days of overtime so now I only got one day off and seeing my kids isn't gonna happen. The other job that was offered to me is less money but work hours I need since my other job won't take me off the night shift. I need prayer as to making the right choice. Thank you.
